PAP Leadership

Mike Robinson
Owner and President Mike was distinguished as the #1 student in the Department of Business at Lycoming College. After graduating Cum Laude, he worked in sales and sales management before founding PAP in December of 1988.

He has been involved in many community activities such as being a Charter Board Member and Board Chairman (Past) of Drug Free PA, serving as a Board Member (Past) of the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board, and serving as a Commissioner (Past) on the Governor’s Advisory Commission for African American Affairs (PA). Mike is also a member of World President’s Organization and was the first vendor to receive a slot machine supplier license in the State of Pennsylvania.

Since the beginning of PAP, Mike has been a hands on leader of the Company. He believes strongly in customizing solutions for our customers and is a creative, strategic consultant helping them grow their business and win over new customers of their own.

Mike’s attention to the needs of the market has led PAP to become the diversified company it is today as it offers printing, fulfillment, direct mail, data services, contract staffing services, and electrical services.

Peg Seibert
Executive Vice President Peg has been part of the PAP team since August of 1996. Before coming to PAP she worked in banking, accounting, human resources, printing, marketing, sales and traffic.

She has volunteered in the community as a Lancaster Relay For Life Committee Member – Banking & Information Chair (Past) for 8 years and a RFL Team Member, participated in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day event to fundraise for cancer research, served on church Council and is a Member of Women of Grace.

Peg’s years of experience at PAP and her prior positions have helped her utilize a variety of skills and knowledge to anticipate customer needs, provide analysis of data and customize solutions for them.

Todd Rucci
Government and Community Relations Todd, a Penn State Graduate, joined PAP in November 2013. Prior to his position at PAP, he was the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania State Lottery. He also worked in banking, and played eight years of professional football as a guard for the New England Patriots – starting in Super Bowl XXXI.

He is involved in the community and served as a past Board of Trustees Member for Penn State, serves on his local School Board and coaching athletics.

Todd brings a wealth of business knowledge, high energy and a winning spirit to the PAP leadership team. His prior experiences allow him to bring our customers ideas and opportunities.
