PAP Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Michael M. Robinson, who is still President/Owner of the company as of today. The company was incorporated in the State of Pennsylvania in February 1989.

In addition to being a union shop with full licensing rights, we are a certified small diverse business, minority-owned business (MBE). We are certified with the small business procurement initiative in Pennsylvania along with several other States. We are also certified as a minority-owned business with the Minority Supplier Development Council.
